I found a 410 buckshot recipe that uses CCI 209M Very Well
I use these in 410 buckshot loads, and I am very satisfied with the results. The load data was official reliable published data, so I bought the last box of 100 at a local store.

I would use nothing else for my muzzleloader.
I use black horn powder for my muzzleloader and was experiencing hang fires. I switched to these and have never had a hang fire since.

Very Happy!
Very Happy with the primers. I load a lot of different loads from slugs to turkey. Also use them with my muzzleloader. Does the job.

Encore + Blackhorn + CCI 209M = Bliss
I have 2 muzzleloaders in which I exclusively use Blackhorn 209 propellant, which requires standard shotgun primers for reliable ignition. The CCI 209M and Cheddite primers give me the most consistent accuracy. Since I weigh my Blackhorn charges on an electronic scale (using Western’s published mass/volume ratio), primers were the last part of the recipe wherein I could further eliminate a variable. I get no substantial difference between the CCI 209M and the Cheddite primers; but when I find them at my LGS, the CCI is usually about a dollar less for 100 primers, so they get my dollar vote for Best Value. Please note that I have never used this primer in shotshell loads, so I defer to others to comment on the performance of this product in its primary role.
