Old Man Grump –
I’ve been dialing in my Creedmoor with various rounds in an effort to see what rounds perform the best, with consistent results. I’m pushing these rounds through a 22″ H-Bar, w/ 1:8 twist and sighted in with Vortex High Power glass. To say that I am pleased with the results ranging out to 1,000 yards, is an understatement. Due to limited supply, I don’t have the resources or supply to take it out much further than that. However, the Varmint Express is not only on the top of my list, it has earned a spot among the top 3 performers through my rifle. Also, at the top of my list is the Hornady Match, 140gr, ELD and the Hornady Outfitter, 120gr, GMX. Despite their best efforts and current offerings, Winchester and Federal both have fallen behind the times. This of course is my humble opinion, I’d love to hear yours. Semper Fidelis, C.S. Groves

This stuff is incredible. I can’t wait to see what it does to the coyotes we’re having heck with. I highly recommend this round.
